Sarah Bursley, copy editor, is a junior who transferred to ASU in Jan. 1999.  Sarah is pursuing a BS degree with a Public Relations major and minors in English and history.  Her dream job is to be an editor at Southern Living in Birmingham AL, do public relations for Sotheby's Auction House in NYC or London, or work for a protocol firm on Capitol Hill. 

Sarah went to high school in Greensboro, Dallas, TX, and Greenville, SC, where her family still resides.  A Young Life leader from 1995-1998, Sarah still volunteers for the ropes program at YL's Windy Gap.  Besides The Appalachian, Sarah has been involved with SGA, the Appalachian Loyalty Fund, Banner Elk Christian Fellowship and Chi Omega since enrolling at ASU.
