G.W. Bush's Iraqi war: What was it good for?
In a speech delivered by George W. Bush at Whitehall Palace in London on Nov. 19, the American President stated that the peace and security of free nations is dependent upon three fundamental principles.

The first of these is the idea that international organizations, such as the United Nations, accept responsibility as global mediators. The second assumption is “the willingness of free nations, when the last resort arrives, to retain aggression and evil by force.” The final statute deals with the collective effort of free nations toward the global expansion of democracy.
