Nucleus returns to Boone Oct. 31 by Dusty Teng

   What a long strange trip it has been for Nucleus. After enduring numerous automobile troubles, the band is back on the road again.
    Problems with the Nucleus tour van, nicknamed “The Governor,” prevented the band from performing in Charleston, W.Va. Tuesday night.
    “Having logged over 100,000 miles in under two years, she’s off to that rock-and-roll tour in the sky,” bassist Steve Webb said.
    However, Webb and fellow band members Piet Dalmolen and Pete Ciotti were able to borrow a truck to drive to Boone in time for their show at Murphy’s Pub and Restaurant on Wednesday night.

The One Love Concert playing at Legends Wednesday night by Stephanie Marshall

   Reggae recording artist Abijah, along with Lions of Israel and Bum’s Lie, perform tomorrow in Legends as a part of the “One Love: The Healing of the Nation” concert tour.
